Lead accounting, tax, audit, and financial reporting for a mid-sized manufacturing company. Manage month-end and year-end close, cash forecasting, product costing, inventory reconciliation, internal controls, and external audits. Partner with CFO and cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights, support scalability, and tighten processes while building and leading the accounting team.
