The Public Sector Sales Development Representative will build enterprise sales pipeline by researching accounts, identifying benefits and financial leaders, and executing personalized outbound campaigns through calls, email, and LinkedIn. The role qualifies marketing and event leads, supports three Sales Directors, coordinates handoffs, maintains CRM data, and communicates Virta’s clinical and financial value proposition. Success requires healthcare or public-sector B2B sales experience, strong organization, sequence-based prospecting skills, cold-calling persistence, and effective use of AI tools.

Leads and builds Virta Health’s enterprise security operations function, including team development, SOC operating models, detection engineering, incident response, investigations, automated response, cloud security platforms, adversary emulation, and vendor security evaluations. The role also partners with GRC on automated compliance and develops AI-assisted security workflows while protecting sensitive patient data.

Build scalable Golang microservices, APIs, and data-centric systems supporting eligibility, coverage, billing, client workflows, and healthcare operations. Automate manual processes, develop self-service tools, ensure data accuracy and traceability, and collaborate with data and AI teams on validation, automation, and anomaly detection. The role requires production backend experience, event-based architectures, cloud platforms, and strong stakeholder communication.
