Lead the architecture and production deployment of predictive ML and GenAI capabilities that improve clinical outcomes and member retention. Develop causal ML strategies, intervention-effectiveness models, reusable GenAI platform services, evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and cross-functional AI roadmaps. Partner with Product Engineering, ML Ops, Analytics, and clinical stakeholders while setting technical standards, mentoring engineers, and driving multi-quarter initiatives.

Architect and implement Virta’s Braze Growth 3.0 foundation, including modular HTML/CSS templates, advanced Liquid personalization, segmentation, Canvas workflows, and lifecycle integrations. The role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic coaching, team enablement, martech assessment, launch readiness, and collaboration with growth, product, analytics, and engineering stakeholders.

Performs recurring revenue close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, revenue calculations, accounts receivable controls, and supporting schedules. Applies U.S. GAAP and ASC 606, maintains reporting data, supports audits, investigates variances, and improves accounting processes through documentation, automation, and strengthened controls.
