Lead revenue accounting including month-end close, ASC 606 technical accounting, contract reviews, controls, and external audits. Manage and mentor two revenue accountants, partner cross-functionally, and drive process and system improvements to scale revenue reporting and compliance.

Build and develop a national sales team, drive revenue, forecasting, and pipeline health, establish executive relationships with government and labor stakeholders, design scalable operating models, sponsor strategic accounts, and champion AI-enabled workflows and sales best practices to accelerate market expansion and results.
