Execute and optimize multi-channel lifecycle acquisition and engagement campaigns across email, direct mail, and SMS using Braze. Manage segmentation, personalization, triggers, testing, campaign analytics, timelines, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies. Analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities while supporting broader growth initiatives such as webinars, landing-page tests, SEO, and SEM. Build AI-assisted workflows to improve campaign execution and project management.

Support customer operations across data feeds, SFTP setup, eligibility workflows, UAT, QA, customer configuration, and lifecycle changes. Investigate data discrepancies, document audit-ready records, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, escalate risks, and identify process improvements. The role offers growth toward independently managing smaller operational initiatives involving healthcare data and technical execution.

Owns day-to-day privacy program operations, including privacy impact assessments, data inventories, records of processing, data subject requests, incident response, and compliance with HIPAA and state privacy laws. Supports customer and partner privacy inquiries, questionnaires, DPAs, and BAAs. Leads cross-functional privacy initiatives, training, metrics, reporting, and process automation while partnering with Legal, Engineering, Product, Security, and Commercial teams.
