Manage and improve the university's employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, FSA, COBRA), lead open enrollment and vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, reconcile payroll and vendor billing, maintain HRIS records, support HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, workforce assessments, reporting, project implementation, and employee communications to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Teach undergraduate and graduate marketing courses across face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats; develop curricula and assessments; advise and mentor students; support experiential learning, internships, student organizations, and community partnerships; engage in scholarly research, professional development, accreditation, and external funding activities; and collaborate with industry and community stakeholders to promote entrepreneurship and workforce readiness.

Receive, sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages; operate postage meters and mail equipment; maintain logs, notify recipients, assist with inquiries, support bulk mail projects, and ensure mailroom organization and security.
