Conduct outside sales in assigned neighborhoods by engaging homeowners, evaluating lawn care needs, presenting customized solutions, generating leads, closing service agreements, and upselling additional services. The role includes paid training, coaching, commission potential, and a vehicle stipend.

Supports monthly closing, budgeting, general ledger reconciliations, customer payment and accounts payable reconciliations, and special financial projects. The intern will apply accounting knowledge, analyze financial data, make recommendations, and develop practical skills through mentorship and collaboration.

Supports employee learning and development initiatives by creating training materials, maintaining the learning library and LMS, tracking participation, gathering feedback, researching learning trends, producing internal communications, and assisting with onboarding and HR projects.
