Leads Virgin Voyages’ Continuous Improvement program and high-priority commercial initiatives across shipboard and shoreside operations. Manages CI leads, establishes QA standards, translates analytics and survey findings into operational solutions, oversees portfolio tracking, and leads complex cross-functional programs from planning through launch. The role also coordinates Commercial Planning Managers, prepares executive dashboards, and escalates risks and resource conflicts.

Leads casino marketing and partnership initiatives to increase visitation, gaming revenue, player engagement, loyalty, and profitability. Manages integrated campaigns, promotions, events, CRM segmentation, player communications, agency and vendor relationships, and marketing performance measurement. The role also leads and develops the casino marketing team, collaborates with cross-functional departments and external partners, and oversees strategies designed to improve retention, customer lifetime value, and marketing ROI.

Owns quarterly and monthly revenue forecasting, including booking curves, pricing adjustments, quality control, and troubleshooting forecast infrastructure. Builds strategic models for fleet growth, itinerary deployment, capacity planning, customer lifetime value, and retention. Prepares Board and executive materials, explains forecast variances, runs scenario analyses, supports investor reporting, and translates complex financial data into actionable narratives for leadership, Finance, and Commercial teams.
