Teams at Virgin Voyages

Leads international sales support across Latin American markets, managing trade-support teams, inboxes, KPIs, agency onboarding, systems training, invoicing coordination, and partner relationships. Works with sales leadership and corporate departments to resolve operational blockers, support strategic accounts and events, represent business priorities in change and development meetings, and improve sales processes. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, travel industry expertise, strong presentation and analytical skills, and approximately 20–30% travel.

Manage and grow relationships with travel agency partners across South Florida and Louisiana. Develop account sales plans, promote Virgin Voyages’ brand and cruise offerings, organize partner events and ship experiences, solve partner challenges, and drive sales performance. The role requires strong communication, creativity, travel industry knowledge, and a proven record of exceeding sales goals while delivering excellent partner experiences.

Owns quarterly and monthly revenue forecasting, including booking curves, pricing adjustments, quality control, and troubleshooting forecast infrastructure. Builds strategic models for fleet growth, itinerary deployment, capacity planning, customer lifetime value, and retention. Prepares Board and executive materials, explains forecast variances, runs scenario analyses, supports investor reporting, and translates complex financial data into actionable narratives for leadership, Finance, and Commercial teams.
