Builds reliable datasets from PMS, POS, CRM, and other systems; improves data quality and system usage; supports development pro formas, property onboarding, and technology-stack integration. Collaborates with Finance, Revenue Management, Operations, and property leaders to identify opportunities, automate workflows, and foster data-driven decision-making.

Lead hotel revenue and eCommerce strategy across a portfolio of 10+ properties. Direct pricing, distribution, channel mix, inventory, promotions, revenue optimization, commercial analytics, third-party provider relationships, budgeting, system selection, training, and team performance. Partner with sales, marketing, loyalty, technology, and hotel commercial teams to maximize RevPAR, TrevPAR, market share, and revenue growth. Travel domestically and internationally up to 35%.

Supervise daily food and beverage operations, maintain a strong floor presence, lead guest service and recovery, train and motivate teammates, coordinate with hotel and culinary departments, manage schedules and staffing, monitor inventory and labor, ensure service standards, and comply with health, safety, liquor, and company protocols.

Leads hotel sales and marketing strategy, supervises the Sales and Catering team, drives profitable room and event bookings, manages forecasts and budgets, develops target-account plans, oversees campaigns and community relations, analyzes market trends, and coordinates pricing and selling strategies with Revenue Management and the General Manager. The role represents the Virgin Hotels brand, develops business partnerships, motivates team performance, and supports revenue growth and profitability.

Supports finance and back-of-house business applications across the hotel portfolio. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system configuration, application and integration support, testing, documentation, workflow monitoring, data validation, release coordination, security and compliance support, disaster recovery planning, process improvement, user training, and participation in application upgrades and transformation projects.

Leads the implementation and value realization of a hospitality customer data platform, including guest identity resolution, golden-record creation, integrations, data quality, governance, consent, segmentation, lifecycle activation, experimentation, and AI-driven personalization. Owns revenue-focused use cases across the guest journey, paid media audiences, retention, direct bookings, ancillary revenue, and lifetime value. Manages a small specialist team, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, IT, loyalty, analytics, revenue management, properties, and guest services.

Owns execution and optimization of Virgin Hotels Collection’s guest-facing digital product roadmap. Responsibilities include digital commerce and merchandising, booking journey conversion, product governance, design systems, customer research, experimentation, analytics, KPI definition, tagging frameworks, and evaluation of emerging AI capabilities. The role partners with Commercial, Revenue, Marketing, CRM, Brand, Technology, agencies, and vendors to translate customer insight and business priorities into measurable product outcomes.

Directs hotel accounting operations, supervises and develops accounting staff, ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciles balance sheet accounts, reviews income audits, monitors revenues and expenses, investigates variances, maintains internal financial controls, and supports regulatory, tax, payroll, purchasing, cash-handling, and compliance processes. Provides financial analysis and guidance to management while ensuring deadlines, reporting standards, and hotel operating procedures are met.

Supervise overnight front desk operations, oversee check-ins, check-outs, guest accounts, cashiering, room service coordination, night audit, incident reporting, and guest concerns. Maintain hotel and city knowledge, support lobby events, communicate with overnight staff, enforce safety procedures, conduct building walk-throughs, and deliver exceptional personalized guest service while serving as the overnight hotel point of contact.

Supports the hotel sales and catering teams by coordinating events, guest room blocks, reservations, contracts, proposals, invoices, amenities, setup requests, reporting, site inspections, and client events. Collaborates across hotel departments to deliver excellent guest experiences. Requires strong communication, organization, creativity, problem-solving, customer service, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
