Teams at Virgin Hotels

Owns portfolio-wide hotel operations and financial performance analytics, recurring reporting, KPI tracking, executive presentations, and strategic insights for senior leadership. Builds reliable datasets from PMS, POS, CRM, and other systems; improves data quality and system usage; supports development pro formas, property onboarding, and technology-stack integration. Collaborates with Finance, Revenue Management, Operations, and property leaders to identify opportunities, automate workflows, and foster data-driven decision-making.

Lead hotel revenue and eCommerce strategy across a portfolio of 10+ properties. Direct pricing, distribution, channel mix, inventory, promotions, revenue optimization, commercial analytics, third-party provider relationships, budgeting, system selection, training, and team performance. Partner with sales, marketing, loyalty, technology, and hotel commercial teams to maximize RevPAR, TrevPAR, market share, and revenue growth. Travel domestically and internationally up to 35%.

Supervise daily food and beverage operations, maintain a strong floor presence, lead guest service and recovery, train and motivate teammates, coordinate with hotel and culinary departments, manage schedules and staffing, monitor inventory and labor, ensure service standards, and comply with health, safety, liquor, and company protocols.
