Own product problems across consumer apps, internal tools, retail, and delivery from discovery through launch. Lead cross-functional teams, define strategy, write business cases, gather user insights, build AI-assisted prototypes, query data with SQL, design experiments, measure outcomes, and identify AI opportunities. Partner with operations, retail, support, compliance, finance, engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver impactful products.

Serves as the primary contact for employee relations matters in a unionized environment. Investigates workplace complaints, manages grievances, interprets collective bargaining agreements, advises managers on discipline and performance issues, supports agency responses, and ensures compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also trains supervisors, maintains confidential case records, partners with HR and Legal, and reports trends and recommendations.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership, leading people strategy, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and engagement initiatives. Supports mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, integration, change management, workforce planning, and organizational redesign. Ensures employment-law compliance, provides data-driven workforce insights, coaches leaders, and drives cultural alignment across a growing, multi-state organization.

Develop and launch LED lighting products and systems for controlled-environment agriculture. Translate customer and market needs into technical specifications, coordinate suppliers and cross-functional teams, manage product realization, ensure quality and compliance, maintain technical documentation, support product launches, train sales teams and customers, and resolve field issues. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and manufacturing suppliers, with travel up to 50%.

Manage cost accounting and integration across acquired entities. Reverse engineer costing methodologies, normalize legacy data, maintain master inventory records, support inventory and COGS audits, oversee physical and cycle counts, and partner with IT on ERP migrations. The role requires advanced Excel and ERP expertise, strong knowledge of standard and actual costing, variance analysis, and the ability to deliver solutions quickly in a high-intensity environment.
