Manage full-cycle recruitment across retail, operations, cultivation, production, and corporate teams. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening, interview coordination, offer extension, pipeline management, recruitment training, employment compliance, employer branding, candidate events, and recruiting metrics. The role requires strong communication, organization, independence, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems in a fast-paced cannabis industry environment.

Supervise daily dispensary operations, inventory flow, METRC and POS accuracy, regulatory compliance, cash handling, eCommerce fulfillment, and store readiness. Lead inventory associates through training, coaching, audits, and cycle counts while serving as Manager on Duty when needed. Coordinate with facilities, IT, compliance, supply chain, and eCommerce teams to resolve issues, implement processes, and maintain accurate, compliant product tracking in a high-volume cannabis retail environment.

Provides administrative and operational support for People & Culture, focusing on onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, HRIS transactions, employee lifecycle changes, personnel records, employee inquiries, policy acknowledgements, and culture-building activities. Maintains confidential, accurate employee files and supports a consistent employee experience while coordinating systems access, documentation, and department operations.
