Own features from technical design through production, optimize reliability and performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering teams.

Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for AI products and enterprise applications. Responsibilities include architecting AWS or GCP environments, Kubernetes platforms, networking, infrastructure as code with Terraform, containerized applications, observability, security, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. The role also develops internal platforms, automation, CI/CD improvements, and self-service infrastructure while supporting AI workloads such as inference, RAG, vector databases, LLM services, and GPU infrastructure.

Research and develop advanced AI and machine learning systems across one or more specializations. Responsibilities include identifying research problems, reproducing and extending published work, designing novel algorithms, building prototypes, conducting rigorous experiments and evaluations, analyzing model performance and failure modes, and translating successful research into practical AI capabilities. The role also involves publishing findings, presenting technical work, and collaborating with engineering, product, and platform teams.

Design, build and deploy retrieval-augmented generation systems combining vector search, hybrid retrieval, knowledge graphs, and LLMs. Optimize embedding pipelines, evaluate retrieval and model performance, fine-tune LLMs, deploy scalable solutions on cloud/Kubernetes, and collaborate across teams while ensuring security, testing and data governance.

Responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and usability of web applications, APIs, enterprise platforms, microservices, and AI-powered products. Duties include manual and functional testing, test planning, automation framework development, API and backend validation, regression and integration testing, performance testing, defect management, root-cause analysis, release validation, and production quality monitoring. The role collaborates with Engineering, AI, Product, and Platform teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
