Execute U.S. stock transfer agency operations, including transfers, issuances, DTC activity, reconciliations, KYC/KYB reviews, sanctions escalations, shareholder support, compliance reporting, corporate actions, issuer onboarding, and legacy data migration. The role requires precise SOP execution, discretion with sensitive information, and reliable performance during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
