Design, document, and improve end-to-end operational escalation processes. Identify gaps, create workflows and implementation plans, manage testing and stakeholder feedback, monitor performance, and prepare processes for automation in collaboration with product, PMs, and process teams.

Manage technical activation and maintenance of Help Center content via the CMS, perform QA and troubleshooting, keep documentation updated, and lead end-to-end project execution including timelines, risk identification, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements to ensure on-time delivery.
