As a Decision Scientist, you'll enhance member experience through data analysis, A/B testing, metric tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Build, scale, and maintain Bayesian MMMs, econometric and time-series models to quantify marketing impact. Automate model validation and monitoring, productionize reproducible Python model pipelines, drive AI/automation for self-healing capabilities, and translate model outputs into clear business insights for marketing leadership.

Lead design, build, and operate backend services for authentication, identity propagation, token exchange, and authorization. Extract and consolidate legacy auth functionality, create shared authorization APIs, policy management, decision logs, SDKs and tooling, and ensure security, reliability, observability, and safe migrations across teams.
