Provide community-based clinical services for adults with psychiatric conditions including intake, assessment, treatment planning, interventions, staff training, and oversight of interventions in group and supported living environments. Coordinate clinical, financial, and administrative operations of a community center for adults with brain injury. Supervise and train staff, manage scheduling, hiring, orientation, and evaluations. Lead staff meetings, ensure compliance with policies and funding regulations, collaborate with members, guardians, and providers, and promote members' progress on Action Plans. Address operational issues and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide outpatient psychopharmacologic treatment and clinical care to adults with severe mental illness. Duties include direct patient care, supervision/teaching, administration, program development, and coordination with community rehabilitation and primary care services. Unpaid internship in psychiatric rehabilitation offering 3–6 month placements at administrative offices. Interns may work with clients, collaborate with teams, and gain practical experience observing professionals and supporting daily program activities.

Manage nursing operations for a 12-bed youth community crisis stabilization program. Oversee RNs/LPNs, hiring, performance management, training, clinical supervision, intake assessments, care planning, and coordination with prescribers and leadership. Ensure regulatory compliance and respond to urgent medical matters.

Manage outpatient clinic front desk operations: greet clients, check-in/check-out, collect co-pays, schedule and remind appointments, update client records, handle referrals and initial paperwork, assist with insurance verification, answer and direct calls, and maintain billing/utilization and program administrative protocols.
