Oversee clinical, financial, and administrative operations of a day program for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Manage staff, ensure compliance with funding and quality standards, coordinate with clinical and nursing teams, develop and implement Day Hab Support Plans, and build community relationships to promote independence for program participants.

Lead Peer Specialist supervises and orients peer staff, provides peer support, advocacy, intake engagement, and transition assistance for adults in psychiatric rehabilitation. Acts as liaison between peer team and clinical staff, ensures service quality, conducts assessments, and supports community integration.

Provide front-desk and clerical support for a team: greet visitors, handle phones, prepare and process billing and service documentation, maintain mail/supplies, schedule rooms, take meeting minutes, generate standard reports, assist with enrollment and recordkeeping, audit money logs, and perform other administrative duties including occasional driving and Rep-Payee tasks as assigned.
