Provide community-based clinical services for adults with psychiatric conditions including intake, assessment, treatment planning, interventions, staff training, and oversight of interventions in group and supported living environments. Lead and coordinate rehabilitative services and supervise outreach workers while providing evidence-based clinical practice and licensed supervision.

Provide person-centered nursing care to adults with brain injuries or behavioral conditions in a small residential setting. Administer medications per MAP, assess and document changes in status, perform skilled nursing interventions, support community integration, and communicate with families and staff.

Provide front-desk and clerical support for a team: greet visitors, handle phones, prepare and process billing and service documentation, maintain mail/supplies, schedule rooms, take meeting minutes, generate standard reports, assist with enrollment and recordkeeping, audit money logs, and perform other administrative duties including occasional driving and Rep-Payee tasks as assigned.
