Design and develop modern full-stack SAP applications using SAP UI5/Fiori and ABAP. Build CDS Views, OData services and SAP HANA solutions. Collaborate with customers, designers, and consultants across implementation, roll-out, enhancements, and support while applying SAP architecture principles and best practices.

Lead SAP projects ranging from focused implementations to large business transformations. Own end-to-end delivery, scope, timelines, quality, budgets, profitability, and project financials. Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders, drive business change, and support sales and pre-sales activities. The role requires experience with complex SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, strong business process understanding, and proficiency in Finnish and English.

Own Vincit’s internal IT environment for approximately 500 employees, including outsourced support, service providers, SLAs, costs, security, user experience, and continuous improvement. Lead selected IT projects such as rollouts, migrations, tooling changes, and infrastructure initiatives from planning through handover. Manage vendors and budgets, resolve root causes, improve processes, and ensure internal IT supports business needs.

Develop and execute B2B growth marketing strategies aligned with sales priorities. Responsibilities include account-based marketing, demand generation, content and digital campaigns, website and SEO management, HubSpot administration, marketing automation, AI exploration, lead conversion, and performance measurement. The role partners closely with sales, business leaders, marketing colleagues, and external agencies to generate leads and strengthen the sales pipeline.

Build and optimize data pipelines and lakehouse platforms using Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake. Design ETL/ELT solutions, monitor pipeline reliability, manage deployments with Asset Bundles, CI/CD, and Git, and support development teams and business users. Lead customer engagements proactively, shape ambiguous requirements, and deliver scalable data platforms. Strong Finnish and English proficiency, customer focus, and problem-solving skills are required.

Build and maintain Microsoft Fabric lakehouses, data warehouses, semantic models, and Power BI reports for diverse customers. Advise on report quality, content restrictions, distribution, governance, and enterprise-scale analytics solutions. Support data engineers and business users, troubleshoot production data and refresh issues, and identify broader improvements beyond one-off fixes. The role combines hands-on development, technical advisory work, customer collaboration, and occasional user training.

Lead strategic and complex B2B bids from opportunity through submission. Develop winning strategies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitate Go/No-Go decisions, assess commercial risks, and create differentiated proposals. Partner with sales, delivery, business, and technology leaders across ERP, data, AI, eCommerce, and software. Build consistent bid-management practices and use AI and automation to improve proposal quality and efficiency. The role requires Finnish public procurement expertise, commercial judgment, stakeholder leadership, fluency in Finnish and English, and occasional travel from Helsinki.
