Design and develop modern full-stack SAP applications using SAP UI5/Fiori and ABAP. Build CDS Views, OData services and SAP HANA solutions. Collaborate with customers, designers, and consultants across implementation, roll-out, enhancements, and support while applying SAP architecture principles and best practices.

Lead strategic and complex B2B bids from opportunity through submission. Develop winning strategies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitate Go/No-Go decisions, assess commercial risks, and create differentiated proposals. Partner with sales, delivery, business, and technology leaders across ERP, data, AI, eCommerce, and software. Build consistent bid-management practices and use AI and automation to improve proposal quality and efficiency. The role requires Finnish public procurement expertise, commercial judgment, stakeholder leadership, fluency in Finnish and English, and occasional travel from Helsinki.

Lead new business and account development for custom software. Prospect, build relationships, shape technical solutions (including AI), manage full sales cycle from first contact to proposal and closing, and grow long-term customer accounts.
