The Human Resources Specialist supports talent management, recruitment, and onboarding across multiple dealership locations. Responsibilities include posting jobs in ADP, managing social media recruiting, conducting background and motor vehicle checks, building relationships with vocational schools and community partners, attending career fairs, coordinating job shadows, and scheduling and conducting interviews. The role also supports management and the owner on special projects in an on-site Monday-to-Friday schedule.
