Seeking a Gastroenterology PA or NP with GI experience for a blend of outpatient and inpatient care in a multispecialty practice. Responsibilities include providing quality care in collaboration with a team of specialists, including gastroenterologists and hospitalists.

The LPN in pediatrics prepares patients for exams, administers medications, charts information, manages inventory, and provides clerical support under supervision.

Provide patient-facing radiology support: answer phones, screen and prepare patients for imaging, position patients, verify and print studies in PACS, document histories, manage scheduling and supplies, follow safety/infection-control protocols, and assist with emergency response as needed.

Provide direct patient care in a cardiology outpatient setting including preparing patients, administering medications and injections, IV therapy, basic wound care, specimen collection, charting, clerical support, supply management, and working under RN or physician supervision. Assist with scheduling, patient education, and maintaining treatment rooms.

Provide pediatric patient care in an outpatient setting: prepare patients for exams, administer medications and injections, perform basic treatments and specimen collection, chart patient information, assist physicians/RNs, manage supplies, and provide clerical support such as scheduling and pre-authorizations.

Support site operations at an urgent care clinic by managing front-desk performance, staff (PCRs), inventory, scheduling non-providers, and patient flow. Assist physicians with basic patient care and procedures, maintain HIPAA compliance, order supplies/medications, open/close the site, coach and discipline staff, and ensure a hospitable patient experience. Provide coverage for the Site Manager when absent and handle patient disputes, satisfaction follow-up, and related administrative duties.

Provide general medical care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a gastroenterology clinic. Manage health maintenance, acute/episodic illnesses, and stable chronic conditions. Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff in an established GI team. No call and no weekends; mentorship and benefits provided.

Coordinate and navigate imaging patients (primarily breast and high-risk) across diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. Facilitate appointments, referrals, interdisciplinary communication, patient education, documentation in EMR/RIS, outreach, and quality metric reporting.

The LPN will prepare patients for exams, administer medications, provide patient care, manage medical records, and support administrative tasks under supervision.

The Office Supervisor assists in managing operations at the CityMD site, ensuring patient-centric experiences, overseeing staff, and handling administrative tasks.

Serve as primary patient contact in Oncology, providing navigation, education, chemo/infusion nursing, care coordination across disciplines, appointment scheduling, documentation in Athena, and patient follow-up to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes.

Oversee day-to-day imaging department operations, ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance, manage staff performance and training, maintain ACR accreditation and modality protocols, and support financial and operational goals.

Lead and mentor a coding team to ensure accurate, timely charge flow and claim submission. Oversee hiring, training, workflow documentation, KPI attainment, regulatory compliance (CMS), quality improvement, and vendor/EHR relationships while providing operational and hands-on coding support as needed.

Coordinate breast imaging workflows including scheduling, callbacks, and result distribution; liaise between radiologists, referring offices, and breast navigation teams; track follow-up tasks, obtain prior imaging, enter orders and results in RIS/EMR/PACS, and ensure MQSA compliance and timely critical-results reporting.

The Podiatry NP/PA will provide outpatient care including preventative Services, minor procedures, casting, post-operative care, and imaging management with an evening call rotation.

Manage front-desk operations and Patient Service Representatives, support site administrative and clinical workflows, order supplies, open/close facility, coach and develop staff, handle patient interactions and confidentiality, and provide coverage for the Site Manager as needed.

Provide integrated, multidisciplinary, patient-centered dermatology care as part of the Dermatology/MOHS team. Collaborate with physicians, perform clinical evaluations, assist with dermatologic procedures, manage patient care, maintain licensure and BLS, and participate in continuing education.

Support day-to-day urgent care site operations by managing front-desk staff, scheduling, ordering supplies, opening/closing the site, assisting clinical tasks, coaching staff, ensuring patient-centered service, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and handling patient interactions and issue resolution.

Assist the physician and staff with coordinating patient care, maintain patient flow, and deliver direct care in accordance with policies while documenting accurately in EHR.

Assist the physician with patient care coordination, maintain efficient patient flow, and ensure accurate documentation and communication within the healthcare team.
