Supervise daily operations at an urgent care site, including staff management, scheduling support, supply ordering, site opening and closing, patient service, dispute resolution, confidentiality, and coordination with providers, practice management, and HR. The role oversees site employees, supports administrative and financial functions, and maintains an efficient, welcoming patient experience.

Support day-to-day urgent care site operations including front-desk performance, patient flow, inventory, scheduling non-provider staff, ordering supplies, opening/closing, staff coaching and discipline, and assisting clinicians with basic patient care. Manage Patient Care Representatives and promote a patient-centric, hospitable experience while maintaining HIPAA compliance and resolving patient concerns.
