Provides nursing care in a cardiology office under physician or RN supervision. Responsibilities include preparing patients, administering medications and IV therapy, performing basic treatments, collecting specimens, documenting patient information, supporting scheduling and authorizations, managing supplies, and educating patients on treatments and medications. Requires New York LPN licensure, LPN program completion, and BLS certification; IV and phlebotomy skills are preferred.

Supervises daily clinical office operations, staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, workflow, compliance, quality improvement, and patient flow. Serves as liaison among physicians, staff, care management, and department leadership. Ensures proper use of EHR, PMS, and ancillary systems; monitors clinical quality metrics, documentation, emergency protocols, and regulatory compliance. Provides direct patient care within licensure, including vital signs, specimen collection, injections, triage, referrals, and transition-of-care support.

Supervises day-to-day operations at an urgent care site, including staff management, scheduling, supply ordering, patient experience, site opening and closing, administrative support, and performance oversight. Handles patient interactions, confidentiality, dispute resolution, employee coaching, development, and relations issues while partnering with the Practice Manager, providers, and HR. The role requires on-site work, long shifts, weekends, and opening or closing shifts.
