Provide peer-based recovery support, coaching, mentorship, advocacy, and skills-building to individuals with substance use or mental health diagnoses. Facilitate groups, assist with Wellness Recovery Action Plans, coordinate with case managers, document contacts, and promote peer services. Use lived experience to empower clients while complying with certifications, testing, and agency policies.

Provide primary consumer advocacy and coordinate internal and external services. Conduct assessments and needs analyses; develop and review service and discharge plans; document clinical services per licensing and Medicaid standards; provide case management sessions, vocational skills training, referrals, transportation, and monthly progress reports; participate in team coordination and case conferences.

Provide peer-based recovery support, coaching, mentoring, group facilitation, advocacy, and assistance linking individuals to services. Use lived experience to help develop Wellness Recovery Action Plans, build natural supports and self-advocacy skills, document contacts, and support families. Work with case managers and deliver services across treatment points, including evenings and weekends.

Provide recovery-based peer support to individuals with substance use and/or mental health diagnoses. Facilitate skills-building and support groups, coach and mentor consumers, assist with Wellness Recovery Action Plans, document contacts, advocate for consumers, and connect them to services while using personal recovery experience.

Provide case management and clinical coordination for women consumers: conduct assessments, develop and review service plans, document services per regulatory standards, provide therapy, vocational education, referrals, progress reports, discharge planning, and collaborate with treatment teams and external providers.

Manage and coordinate the agency's Mobile Crisis Response Team and Mental Health Department. Oversee staffing, training, data reporting, fiscal monitoring, community outreach, and partnerships with law enforcement and behavioral health resources. Provide clinical and administrative supervision, on-call support, crisis counseling, Baker Act assessments, and program implementation.

Provide peer-led outreach, advocacy, coaching, and recovery support to individuals and families. Facilitate crisis planning, care coordination, referrals to community resources, and post-acute stabilization. Serve as a role model using lived experience, participate in clinical staffing, provide after-hours rotation coverage, complete mandated training, and obtain required certification and clearances.

Provide HR clerical and administrative support for a region: maintain personnel records, source/screen candidates, manage onboarding and background checks, advise hiring managers, run ATS trainings, assist payroll/timecards, and support HR process improvements and compliance.

Coordinate and oversee clinical substance abuse and co-occurring mental health services in residential treatment. Provide individual and family therapy, conduct assessments, run groups, supervise staff, review documentation (assessments, treatment plans, discharge summaries), ensure compliance with licensing/Medicaid/CARF standards, manage clinical data submission, participate in discharge planning, and represent the agency to stakeholders.

Provide peer-based recovery support in a Mobile MAT program: engage clients, facilitate peer groups, mentor in recovery, assist with intake/discharge, complete documentation, connect clients to services (housing, benefits), collaborate with care team, and perform outreach in community and in-home settings.

Provide child welfare case management delivering family-centered, trauma-informed services: assess needs, develop and monitor case plans, coordinate with courts and providers, document in CCWIS/Stabilify, support permanency and placement stability, and perform crisis intervention and referrals.

Provide family-centered case management for children and families in the Florida child welfare system: assess needs, develop and monitor case plans, coordinate services and providers, prepare court reports, ensure timely CCWIS documentation, support permanency and reunification efforts, perform safety management and crisis intervention, and engage community, schools, and placement resources.

Plan and coordinate clinical substance abuse and mental health services for adolescents. Conduct admissions and biopsychosocial assessments, provide individual, family, and group therapy (including in-home/on-site), supervise staff, develop and review Wellness and Recovery Plans, manage documentation and discharge planning, liaise with referring agencies, provide staff training, and ensure compliance with licensing, Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency standards.

Provide and supervise psychiatric and MAT services for residential and outpatient programs, perform psychiatric evaluations, H&P, medication management, lab review, protocol development, documentation in the EHR, collaborate with admissions and staff, and ensure implementation of medical clearance procedures.

Supports safe, timely permanency for children in foster care by tracking/analyzing permanency data, coordinating staffing and follow-up, engaging families, documenting in FSFN/CCWIS, removing barriers, and supporting case management teams. Prepares reports, attends court as needed, and ensures compliance with legal and best-practice directives.

Provide child- and family-centered case management for children involved in the Florida child welfare system. Assess needs, develop and monitor case plans, coordinate services and legal reporting, document in CCWIS/compliant systems, provide crisis intervention and safety management, support permanency and placement stability, collaborate with schools and community providers, and attend court and multidisciplinary meetings.
