Provides integrated mental health and substance abuse treatment for women with co-occurring disorders in residential or outpatient settings. Leads treatment teams, conducts individual and group therapy, develops service plans, monitors client progress, engages families, supervises case screening, supports staff training, maintains compliant records, and helps manage behavioral or mental health crises.

Serves as the primary advocate for consumers and families by conducting assessments, developing and reviewing service plans, coordinating internal and external care, arranging referrals and transportation, documenting services, preparing progress reports, supporting behavioral management, and developing discharge plans. The role requires trauma-informed, culturally responsive case management, crisis de-escalation, counseling, collaboration with treatment teams and external providers, and compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, licensing, and agency standards.

Provides recovery support, coaching, mentoring, advocacy, education, and skills-building services to individuals and families affected by mental health or substance use conditions. Links consumers with community resources, facilitates support groups, develops Wellness Recovery Action Plans, documents services, and promotes self-advocacy and empowerment. The role requires collaboration with case managers, cultural responsiveness, confidentiality, trauma-informed practice, and participation in treatment and performance-improvement activities.

Manages training and development for child welfare case management staff. Responsibilities include designing training programs, coordinating certification and compliance, maintaining training records and reports, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing coaching. The role supervises Practice Specialists, oversees field coaching and mentoring, supports regulatory compliance, and collaborates with internal, external, and state partners. Strong expertise in Florida child welfare practices, case management, staff development, and certification requirements is required.

Supervises case managers serving children and families in the child welfare system. Provides coaching, case consultation, performance oversight, and training; reviews safety plans, placements, court documentation, and case records; monitors compliance, workloads, metrics, and permanency outcomes; collaborates with legal, behavioral health, quality improvement, and community partners; and ensures adherence to Florida child welfare standards, confidentiality requirements, and mandated timelines.

Provide and supervise psychiatric and MAT services for residential and outpatient programs, perform psychiatric evaluations, H&P, medication management, lab review, protocol development, documentation in the EHR, collaborate with admissions and staff, and ensure implementation of medical clearance procedures.

Plan and coordinate clinical substance abuse and mental health services for adolescents. Conduct admissions and biopsychosocial assessments, provide individual, family, and group therapy (including in-home/on-site), supervise staff, develop and review Wellness and Recovery Plans, manage documentation and discharge planning, liaise with referring agencies, provide staff training, and ensure compliance with licensing, Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency standards.

Provide child- and family-centered case management for children involved in the Florida child welfare system. Assess needs, develop and monitor case plans, coordinate services and legal reporting, document in CCWIS/compliant systems, provide crisis intervention and safety management, support permanency and placement stability, collaborate with schools and community providers, and attend court and multidisciplinary meetings.

Provide child welfare case management delivering family-centered, trauma-informed services: assess needs, develop and monitor case plans, coordinate with courts and providers, document in CCWIS/Stabilify, support permanency and placement stability, and perform crisis intervention and referrals.

Coordinate and oversee clinical substance abuse and co-occurring mental health services in residential treatment. Provide individual and family therapy, conduct assessments, run groups, supervise staff, review documentation (assessments, treatment plans, discharge summaries), ensure compliance with licensing/Medicaid/CARF standards, manage clinical data submission, participate in discharge planning, and represent the agency to stakeholders.

Provide peer-based recovery support, coaching, mentoring, group facilitation, advocacy, and assistance linking individuals to services. Use lived experience to help develop Wellness Recovery Action Plans, build natural supports and self-advocacy skills, document contacts, and support families. Work with case managers and deliver services across treatment points, including evenings and weekends.

Provide HR clerical and administrative support for a region: maintain personnel records, source/screen candidates, manage onboarding and background checks, advise hiring managers, run ATS trainings, assist payroll/timecards, and support HR process improvements and compliance.

Collect and test urine specimens for legal/illegal substances at the Miami-Dade courthouse, report results to judges, maintain confidentiality and records, attend court when subpoenaed, support residential program staff, and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Provide recovery-oriented peer support to individuals with substance use and/or mental health diagnoses through mentoring, facilitation of wellness and skills-building groups, development of individualized recovery plans, advocacy, documentation, and coordination with clinical teams while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
