Provide peer-based recovery support, coaching, mentorship, advocacy, and skills-building to individuals with substance use or mental health diagnoses. Facilitate groups, assist with Wellness Recovery Action Plans, coordinate with case managers, document contacts, and promote peer services. Use lived experience to empower clients while complying with certifications, testing, and agency policies.

Provide primary consumer advocacy and coordinate internal and external services. Conduct assessments and needs analyses; develop and review service and discharge plans; document clinical services per licensing and Medicaid standards; provide case management sessions, vocational skills training, referrals, transportation, and monthly progress reports; participate in team coordination and case conferences.

Provide peer-based recovery support, coaching, mentoring, group facilitation, advocacy, and assistance linking individuals to services. Use lived experience to help develop Wellness Recovery Action Plans, build natural supports and self-advocacy skills, document contacts, and support families. Work with case managers and deliver services across treatment points, including evenings and weekends.
