We're 700+ people across Prague, Brno and London, already selling in 12+ markets across Europe, the UK, the US and beyond.
We're on a mission to change how people think about food, and we're growing fast to do it - expanding internationally and building a company where people have a real say in what we make and how we make it, not just a seat at the table.
Everything we say about our products, from packaging to a single Instagram post, has to be accurate and legally compliant, and it still has to sell. Today, compliance checks happen case by case, without a shared library of approved claims or clear guidelines for the teams who write content. You'll own this: you'll make sure every claim we publish is correct and well supported, and give marketing and product the tools to get it right from the start.
What will you do?Review and approve all customer-facing content for compliance with EU and Czech food law, including the web and e-shop, product descriptions, packaging, online and offline advertising, social media, emailing, banners and PR
Make sure every nutrition and health claim is authorised, correctly worded and meets its conditions of use, with no medicinal or misleading claims
Build and maintain an internal library of approved claims and compliance guidelines for the marketing team
Support NPD with formulations, functional ingredient combinations, ingredient suitability and claim strategy
Co-create and fact-check articles and educational materials, making sure they are backed by verified scientific sources
Help develop internal tools such as nutritional rating and product development criteria
Train internal teams, including customer care and retail, on nutrition and compliant communication
You've worked in food or supplement regulatory affairs or marketing compliance, ideally in sports nutrition or FMCG, and have reviewed and approved real customer-facing content
You have a university degree in nutrition, food science, pharmacy or a related field
You know Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims, Commission Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 on permitted health claims and Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on food information to consumers in depth
You have working knowledge of Czech food, advertising and consumer protection law
You can critically evaluate scientific literature
You're pragmatic: you propose compliant wording that still sells, rather than just saying "no"
You take ownership and don't need to be chased to finish things
You make good decisions on your own, without a playbook to follow
You'd rather get it right than just get it done
