Creates feasible master and short-term production schedules using MRP, customer orders, and capacity data. Supports fill-rate and on-time delivery metrics, coordinates with customer service, purchasing, floor supervision, and quality, resolves scheduling issues, improves scheduling and delivery processes, and reports production information.

Hands-on production role supporting steel pipe fabrication, machine operation, welding, robotics, quality inspection, material handling, and shipping preparation. Duties include cutting, grooving, threading, grinding, inspecting, staging, labeling, and moving materials. Employees operate fabrication equipment, forklifts, cranes, and other tools while following safety procedures and production specifications. Previous experience is helpful but not required, as on-the-job training is provided. The role requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, basic math, tape-measure reading, and safe work around industrial machinery.

Supports plant-level environmental, health, and safety programs; conducts hazard, industrial hygiene, and compliance assessments; develops SOPs and corrective actions; administers chemical safety and SDS processes; delivers regulatory training; supports incident investigations and workers’ compensation administration; and collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and safety committees to maintain compliance and improve workplace safety.

Manage customer quotes and complex orders from start to finish, coordinate production schedules and shipments, maintain contract pricing, resolve pricing/discrepancy issues, support CSRs, and report operational performance to management.

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for sales tasks in the Houston area, maintaining customer relationships, prospecting new clients, participating in industry associations, and managing sales data. Overnight travel may be required.

Manage shop-floor fabrication operations: supervise staff, monitor production output and schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate with customer service and warehouse, lead continuous improvement, troubleshoot equipment and production issues, and perform/oversee basic fabrication tasks and reporting.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes and equipment for sprinkler and valve production. Manage projects, specify and commission capital equipment, document quality processes (PFMEA, control plans, work instructions), troubleshoot production issues, analyze data for process improvements, implement engineering changes, and provide training and guidance to production staff.
