Forecasts and manages inventory replenishment for assigned regions, aiming to meet turn goals, OTC and fill-rate targets. Analyzes demand, safety stock, deadstock, and vendor performance; negotiates returns and collaborates with sales and branches to optimize inventory and working capital.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes and equipment for sprinkler and valve production. Manage projects, specify and commission capital equipment, document quality processes (PFMEA, control plans, work instructions), troubleshoot production issues, analyze data for process improvements, implement engineering changes, and provide training and guidance to production staff.

Manage customer projects from quote through delivery: oversee orders, quotations, pricing, schedules, shipments, and disputes. Coordinate cross-functional teams, lead production meetings, maintain contract pricing, resolve escalations, report operational data, and support continuous improvement to meet customer and branch goals.
