Manages customer fabrication quotes and orders from initiation through completion, coordinating pricing, materials, production schedules, shipments, contracts, and issue resolution. Supervises customer service and administrative representatives, assigns workloads, monitors performance, and supports service improvements. Analyzes operational and profitability impacts, leads production meetings, negotiates pricing and deadlines, and serves as the acting Operations Manager for customer service responsibilities when needed.

Coordinates customer quotes, orders, fabrication projects, production schedules, shipments, contract pricing, and issue resolution. Serves as the primary branch contact for customers and internal teams, manages complex order requirements, supports production meetings, negotiates material deadlines, evaluates pricing and profitability factors, and reports operational data and process deficiencies to management.

Manages fabrication shop-floor production, quality control, staffing, schedules, labor costs, safety, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement. Supervises employees, monitors output and production metrics, resolves bottlenecks, performs quality audits, coordinates with warehouse and customer service, and supports fabrication activities including material handling and banding. Requires strong knowledge of fabrication and welding processes, production workflows, safety practices, workforce planning, and operational performance improvement.
