Perform repetitive fabrication tasks: cut, groove, thread, and fit pipe; bundle and stage pipe for shipment; operate saws, threaders, grooving and make-on machines, grinders, forklifts and banders; follow SOPs, safety training, and PPE requirements; assist fabrication lead with additional tasks.

The Fabricator operates various equipment to cut and thread pipes, handle materials, and complete setups while ensuring adherence to safety and company procedures.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes and equipment for sprinkler and valve production. Manage projects, specify and commission capital equipment, document quality processes (PFMEA, control plans, work instructions), troubleshoot production issues, analyze data for process improvements, implement engineering changes, and provide training and guidance to production staff.
