Build and improve Videa’s People Operations foundation, including onboarding, employee information hubs, policies, documentation, self-service tools, and scalable infrastructure. Identify employee lifecycle gaps, use AI and automation to simplify People programs, and independently turn ideas into useful systems. Partner with the VP of People on experiments and initiatives while gathering employee feedback and improving the overall employee experience.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for dental support organizations and insurers, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Build executive relationships, deliver tailored presentations, meet sales quotas, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Generate pipeline through personalized outreach, networking, and industry conferences while partnering with marketing and growth teams. The role requires understanding DSO and dental insurer operations, communicating AI product value, and providing strategic customer-focused solutions.

Generate qualified meetings and pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting and strategic account-based outreach to mid-market and enterprise dental organizations. Research accounts, engage executive decision-makers, partner with Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM data, coordinate with Marketing and Revenue Operations, and provide prospect and competitive insights. The role requires strong cold-calling, multichannel outreach, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
