Lead technical data exchange and onboarding for client file feeds, own inbound data quality and acceptance criteria, detect and resolve quality degradation, document integrations and specs, coordinate with engineering/product/analytics and client teams, and drive standardization and process improvements to ensure timely, spec-compliant file exchanges and SLA adherence.

Lead design and delivery of provider-facing backend services and frontend applications. Own features end-to-end, mentor engineers, build React/TypeScript interfaces, design DRF REST APIs and database schemas, use LLM tooling (Claude) to accelerate development, and operate services on Kubernetes/GCP with Datadog for monitoring.

Lead design and implementation of scalable backend services and member-facing APIs using Python/Django, PostgreSQL, BigQuery/dbt and GCP. Own infrastructure as code (Terraform), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), async/event-driven systems, observability, and performance tuning. Mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Data teams, and ensure secure, low-latency, AI-driven member experiences.

The Staff Physician provides direct patient care, manages treatment plans, educates patients, and supports clinical staff mentorship, primarily focused on obesity and related conditions.

Lead execution of growth-stage cross-functional transformation programs: maintain integrated program plans, align product/billing/communications with marketing, run governance cadences, drive readiness items, surface and escalate bottlenecks, and coordinate across Operations, Product, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Success.
