Drive growth across Vida’s payer segments by securing partnerships with health plans and PBMs, particularly Medicare Advantage organizations. Build and manage the business development pipeline, lead RFPs, develop customized proposals, engage executive stakeholders, and close complex healthcare deals. The role also contributes to payer strategy, value-based reimbursement initiatives, market positioning, and product development while collaborating with sales, clinical, product, and account management teams.

Owns the technical and operational lifecycle of client implementations, program changes, partner changes, data integrations, billing configurations, and launch readiness. Responsibilities include mapping healthcare data, testing ingestion pipelines, configuring platform and billing rules, monitoring SLAs, validating member onboarding, maintaining documentation, and improving scalable implementation processes. The role coordinates Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, QA, and external stakeholders while ensuring accurate, HIPAA-compliant delivery.

Leads end-to-end implementation and lifecycle management of strategic healthcare partner integrations. Acts as the primary operational contact for partners, manages workflows, configurations, SLAs, escalations, and performance reviews, and coordinates cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. Develops implementation standards, supports partner vetting, drives scalable processes, and identifies opportunities for partner growth and service improvements.
