Maintain HRIS records in Paylocity; administer benefits, enrollments, COBRA, FMLA/PFML and disability claims; manage onboarding, unemployment insurance, and payroll coordination; generate HR reports and analytics; support CHRO, liaise with vendors and brokers, coordinate open enrollment and 401(k), and provide first-line employee HR support.

Provide client-centered case management for individuals transitioning from homelessness while coordinating CSP-HI program implementation, compliance, referrals, data entry, staff training, and cross-program collaboration to ensure housing stabilization and continuity of care.

Provide direct care and supportive services to residents in a men’s residential substance use disorder program, manage medication administration and documentation, maintain a safe therapeutic milieu, facilitate client groups, input client data into EHRs, and offer referrals as needed.
