Provide awake overnight direct care in a residential substance-use treatment program: monitor and document medication administration, maintain a therapeutic and safe milieu, conduct rounds, answer phones/front door, facilitate groups, input client data into EHR, and provide referrals. Lead all financial functions for a $30M+ nonprofit, including financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, audits, internal controls, payroll, billing, and revenue cycle.
