Directs all operations of a residential substance use disorder treatment program serving men, including HIV/AIDS-affected clients. Oversees trauma-informed, harm-reduction services; staffing, supervision, compliance, budgeting, billing, reporting, client records, census, safety, and community relationships. The role also provides on-call and occasional front-desk support, represents the program to funders and community partners, and participates in agency leadership, advocacy, and fundraising activities.

Process and code invoices, obtain approvals, maintain vendor records, resolve accounts payable discrepancies, reconcile credit cards and petty cash, post payments and general ledger entries, prepare AP aging reports, manage AP correspondence, support audits, and perform general accounting and finance office tasks.

Provides housing-focused case management to women experiencing homelessness, substance use or overdose risk, and health or mental health challenges. Responsibilities include housing search and retention, benefits and resource navigation, client advocacy, individualized service planning, referrals, provider coordination, documentation, aftercare support, and community engagement. The role also maintains client records, participates in supervision and team meetings, and provides weekly services in housing or community settings.

Leads daily operations for a community resource center serving individuals facing chronic health conditions, homelessness, substance use, and food insecurity. Supervises staff, manages schedules, purchasing, supplies, facilities, compliance, data integrity, outreach, member engagement, conflict resolution, referrals, events, and service partnerships. Maintains a safe, welcoming, trauma-informed environment and coordinates programs, workshops, meals, and peer support activities.

Provides awake overnight residential support for women with substance use and mental health conditions. Responsibilities include medication monitoring and documentation, therapeutic milieu coverage, safety checks, client data entry, group facilitation, referrals, phone and front-door coverage, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. The specialist provides compassionate direct care, supports client recovery, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates with program staff.

Provide weekly collaborative case management to ~22 families: housing search and placement, referrals, service plan development, HMIS/EHR documentation, transport clients to appointments, facilitate workshops and aftercare, deliver CSP-HI services, and support program operations and events.
