Provide housing-focused case management for unsheltered individuals with chronic substance use: coordinate services, housing advocacy, referrals, follow-up, documentation, and community linkages while adhering to harm reduction and Housing First principles.

Provide administrative and database support for fundraising, donor stewardship, events, communications, and in-kind donations. Maintain donor records, process gifts, prepare acknowledgments and reports, assist with event logistics and mailings, and support the Development team’s strategy and outreach.

Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential substance use disorder treatment program, ensure regulatory and financial compliance, supervise staff, maintain client records in EHR, implement trauma-informed and harm-reduction practices, manage budgets and reporting, provide on-call and front-desk support, and build community partnerships to maximize program census.
