Directs all operations of a residential substance use disorder treatment program serving men, including HIV/AIDS-affected clients. Oversees trauma-informed, harm-reduction services; staffing, supervision, compliance, budgeting, billing, reporting, client records, census, safety, and community relationships. The role also provides on-call and occasional front-desk support, represents the program to funders and community partners, and participates in agency leadership, advocacy, and fundraising activities.

Process and code invoices, obtain approvals, maintain vendor records, resolve accounts payable discrepancies, reconcile credit cards and petty cash, post payments and general ledger entries, prepare AP aging reports, manage AP correspondence, support audits, and perform general accounting and finance office tasks.

Provide awake overnight direct care in a residential substance-use treatment program: monitor and document medication administration, maintain a therapeutic and safe milieu, conduct rounds, answer phones/front door, facilitate groups, input client data into EHR, and provide referrals. Staff must remain awake for entire shift.
