Handle safe, accurate, and efficient inbound/outbound warehouse operations: pick/pack/ship, receive and inspect materials, maintain inventory via cycle counts, operate forklifts, use barcode scanners and warehouse systems, and perform housekeeping and customer assistance as needed.

Lead planning and execution of construction/industrial projects from award through delivery. Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and KPIs; report progress and drive continuous improvement to meet scope, timeline, and quality targets.

Lead global strategic sourcing and supplier management for indirect categories (IT, corporate services, facilities/MRO). Develop and execute category strategies, negotiate global contracts, build should-cost models, deliver cost savings, manage supplier performance, and support cross-functional sourcing projects and supplier qualification.

Hands-on manufacturing engineer working on the shop floor to drive continuous improvement, support equipment and process reliability, program automated/robotic equipment, troubleshoot downtime, partner with quality on root cause and corrective actions, develop production documentation, and support capital projects while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Manage and optimize Monday.com for New Product Development: administer platform configuration, build automations and integrations, design workflows and dashboards, define KPIs, lead change management and training, enforce data governance, and partner with engineering and leadership to improve portfolio tracking and reporting.

Lead a global product quality team managing customer product issues, PER/CCD/MTR processes, beta testing, design reviews, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and quality metrics to ensure product compliance and continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain.

Manage product line profitability and lifecycle for mechanical piping products: analyze performance, drive optimization and consolidation, support new product launches and post-launch reviews, coordinate cross-functional commercialization activities, and manage obsolescence and customer transitions.

Coordinate cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to identify constraints, optimize utilization, and support capital planning and mold lifecycle management.

Lead strategic business development across an assigned territory to increase specification standing and penetrate owner/engineer accounts. Execute market-box strategies, gather project intelligence, develop specifications/guidelines, manage project handoffs with commercial sales, leverage Salesforce, build industry relationships, monitor competitors and trends, and travel as required.

Provide Tier 1/2 Workday support, process HRIS transactions, maintain data integrity, run and assist with reports, support testing/UAT, document processes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Lead and supervise laboratory QA operations, manage Product Evaluation Request lifecycle, implement KPIs and corrective actions, drive process improvements, mentor lab staff, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and communicate findings cross-functionally.

Identify, qualify, develop and manage Asian suppliers to ensure global supply continuity and lowest total cost. Negotiate contracts, handle quotes, issue samples, coordinate with QA/engineering to resolve quality issues, monitor supplier metrics (capacity, lead time, price, logistics) and support cross-functional purchasing tasks. Frequent travel required (50% minimum).
