Leads full-cycle recruitment across Canada for hourly and salaried roles, partnering with hiring managers on sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate decisions. Builds talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach; manages ATS records and recruitment metrics. Supports AI adoption in recruiting, improves processes, represents the employer at career events, and contributes to broader HR initiatives.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates learning and development programs across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Partners with leaders and HR to identify capability gaps, facilitate leadership development, build career pathways and mentoring initiatives, support onboarding, and measure learning impact. Manages programs end-to-end while contributing L&D expertise to talent, engagement, and workforce development projects.

Designs, builds, commissions, maintains, and troubleshoots laboratory automation, controls, motion systems, electrical panels, data acquisition systems, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communications. Manages equipment projects from concept through commissioning, coordinates vendors and purchasing, maintains documentation and instrumentation traceability, supports hands-on product testing, and drives Lean continuous improvement. Requires collaboration with engineering and operations teams, adherence to safety standards, and occasional travel for factory acceptance testing and vendor visits.
