Develops and maintains engineering lab test procedures, work instructions, manuals, and technical publications. Collaborates with engineering and product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, compliant with ANSI Z535 safety standards, and current. Manages approvals and revisions through internal systems, coordinates technical photography, tracks project priorities and hours, and supports multiple documentation projects in a manufacturing and laboratory environment.

Supervise multiple production lines and 15–30 employees on second or third shift. Ensure safety, quality, productivity, staffing, training, cleanliness, and compliance with company and collective bargaining requirements. Investigate accidents, monitor equipment and processes, complete production and attendance reports, coordinate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and grow sales across a defined territory by educating contractors, engineers, distributors, and project owners on Victaulic solutions. Responsibilities include identifying construction projects, managing pursuits from design through commissioning, preparing quotations, coordinating internal teams, conducting job-site demonstrations and training, delivering presentations, building customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. The role requires travel, including overnight trips, customer events, outdoor job-site work, and handling equipment weighing over 50 pounds.
