Lead resource capacity planning and management for the project portfolio. Collaborate with practice leads and people managers to align supply and demand, run demand forums, analyse timesheet and allocation data, produce utilisation and workforce reports, manage access and compliance for non-production environments, and drive PPM tool, process and reporting improvements to support delivery and budget alignment.

Provide portfolio data analysis, maintain portfolio and pipeline registers, deliver dashboards and executive reporting, support governance, improve PPM tools/templates, and provide project setup and assurance support across the EPMO.

Operational subject-matter expert for customer contact platforms. Administer and improve Amazon Connect, QMS and IVR; optimise routing, queues, skills and workflows; support testing and implementations; monitor performance and deliver operational recommendations while collaborating with Operations, Product and Technology teams.
