Generate new B2B business by prospecting suppliers and customers, making cold calls, following up leads, organizing a personal call plan, hitting targets, and building long-term relationships. Work with sales team, receive training and mentorship, and develop strategies to sustain commission and revenue goals.

Lead and develop a high-performing internal sales team while contributing individually to sales targets. Translate strategy into sales plans, coach staff, manage pipeline and forecasts, recruit and onboard talent, ensure CRM discipline and compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue, margin and KPI performance.

Lead month-end close, produce management accounts, budgeting/forecasting, cash and working capital management, financial controls, and ERP finance workstream. Provide commercial analysis, support audits, and manage a small finance team to improve processes and deliver accurate financial insight to senior stakeholders.

Research and generate new business leads via LinkedIn, calls, email and networking. Qualify leads, book appointments for external sales, record activity in HubSpot, hit KPIs, and participate in ongoing training and strategy sessions.
