Supports Account Managers by managing customer and supplier communications, processing orders, preparing quotes, maintaining accurate data, resolving supply discrepancies, and coordinating with warehouses and internal teams. The role also handles mailbox and telephone communications, prioritizes daily tasks, supports customer relationships, and provides general administrative assistance in a hybrid office environment.

Supports global supply chain operations across purchasing, logistics, inventory, shipment coordination, import/export documentation, supplier communications, reporting, customs compliance, and customer fulfillment. Maintains accurate ERP records, tracks deliveries and purchase orders, reconciles stock, resolves discrepancies, prepares freight estimates, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, Excel proficiency, and knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.

Leads and develops a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and KPI targets. Oversees sales activity, pipeline management, forecasting, recruitment, coaching, performance reviews, and talent development. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to assess US market potential, create country-wide growth strategies, and execute initiatives that improve profitability, customer segmentation, and commercial performance.
