Leads Salesforce platform value delivery by refining backlogs, guiding enhancement and bug-fix design, validating delivered capabilities, and maintaining the platform roadmap. Partners with business, technology, development, and support stakeholders to prioritize needs, improve support processes, and identify recurring incidents that can be resolved through platform enhancements.

Provide hands-on business application support, troubleshoot and resolve issues within SLAs, monitor systems, manage configurations, coordinate with vendors and engineering teams, identify automation opportunities, enforce operational standards, and document resolutions. The role requires strong stakeholder communication, application administration experience, and knowledge of financial services and fund management processes.

The role involves developing the Order Management System using Allvue Everest, implementing third-party system interfaces, and conducting QA and testing.
