Leads clinical operations for a skilled nursing unit serving up to 30 residents. Coordinates resident care, admissions, transitions, family communication, care planning, regulatory compliance, documentation, infection prevention, quality improvement, and risk management. Mentors nurses and CNAs, supports education and competency evaluations, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and promotes resident-centered care, dignity, safety, and quality outcomes.
