Front-desk receptionist for a residential health community: answer multi-line PBX, greet guests, monitor emergency and fire panels, dispatch security, record shift logs, handle mail/packages, manage keys and guest reservations, program inter-cable channel, operate office equipment, assist members with forms, and perform basic data entry and clerical tasks.

Provide table service in the community dining room: take orders, serve meals, maintain hygiene and workstation standards, follow policies, complete side work, attend trainings, and assist members and guests courteously.

Manage day-to-day nursing unit operations for up to 30 residents in a skilled nursing facility: coordinate care, oversee admissions/discharges, ensure regulatory compliance, support infection control and staff training, participate in quality improvement, and act as part of the nursing on-call rotation.
