Drive change management, customer relationships, process improvements, implementation standards, and partner-led delivery while mentoring junior team members and influencing senior stakeholders.

Design scalable accounts payable automation solutions by translating customer business requirements into technical and functional architectures. Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, demonstrations, and technical discussions while advising customers on AI-enabled AP transformation. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to assess feasibility, document requirements, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery. Develop reusable solution patterns, improve design methodologies, and promote effective AI use across the organization.

Build, scale, and operate Elixir/Phoenix services for the treasury platform. Own features end-to-end from product framing to front-end, ensure reliability and observability, and collaborate with founders and a senior cross-functional team.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in Elixir/Phoenix. Develop high-availability APIs, distributed systems, data pipelines, and background job processing. Collaborate with AI and product teams, improve observability and reliability, influence architecture, establish testing and delivery best practices, and mentor engineers.

Build and operate Vic.ai's integration platform that syncs ERP and financial systems with Vic. Develop backend services (TypeScript/Node.js), design typed third-party API integrations, ensure idempotent, replay-safe job processing, deploy and monitor services on AWS, contribute to AI-assisted onboarding and adjacent backend domains (Elixir, Python), and drive architectural decisions for scalable, reliable systems.
