Research target accounts, identify finance-sector prospects, and create personalized outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn. Engage CFOs, controllers, and accounts payable leaders; qualify inbound and outbound prospects; create opportunities for Account Executives; manage pipeline in Salesforce and sales tools; test messaging and use AI to improve prospecting. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership while meeting pipeline and activity goals.

Lead enterprise customer implementations for Vic.ai from deal close through adoption and go-live. Develop scalable implementation frameworks, manage project planning, resources, risks, communications, and multiple workstreams. Collaborate with integrations, product, sales engineering, customer success, and operations teams. Drive change management, customer relationships, process improvements, implementation standards, and partner-led delivery while mentoring junior team members and influencing senior stakeholders.

Design scalable accounts payable automation solutions by translating customer business requirements into technical and functional architectures. Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, demonstrations, and technical discussions while advising customers on AI-enabled AP transformation. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to assess feasibility, document requirements, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery. Develop reusable solution patterns, improve design methodologies, and promote effective AI use across the organization.
