Develops and sustains manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain methods to reduce waste, cost, and improve quality. Maintains ERP bills of materials, bills of operations, product structures, costing, and production data. Performs time studies, value stream analysis, process balancing, facility layouts, and fixture design. Supports lean manufacturing, production planning, quality, safety, ERP training, data migration, and material transactions, while providing backup for planner-buyer responsibilities.

Manages customer accounts, purchase orders, inquiries, pricing, production updates, delivery timelines, and order tracking. Coordinates with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, shipping, and logistics teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate communication. Maintains CRM and ERP records, runs order-status reports, manages shared inboxes, and supports customer portal administration while ensuring responsive, organized service.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across company locations, including Windows and Mac systems, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, warehouse technology, engineering software, mobile devices, printers, networking, and conference room equipment. Manages Freshservice tickets, triages issues, documents resolutions, follows SLAs, maintains asset records, and supports deployments and on-site needs. The role is based in Stoughton, Massachusetts, with occasional travel to other sites.
