Teams at Vibration Mountings & Controls, Inc.

Develops and maintains manufacturing methods, bills of materials, bills of operations, product structures, and costing data in ERP systems. Audits production orders, material transactions, and time reporting; troubleshoots operational issues; and creates procedures and work instructions. Provides backup planning and buying support by producing job orders and travelers and ensuring accurate material transactions. Applies process improvement, lean manufacturing, statistical, and database management principles across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

Leads strategic, operational, and cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and closeout. Establishes project plans, milestones, ownership, governance, metrics, budgets, risk registers, and reporting. Coordinates stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and operating companies while driving accountability without direct authority. Provides leadership updates, escalates risks, improves processes, and supports efficiency, cost reduction, standardization, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Performs product, material, and system validation for vibration isolation and seismic/noise control products. Plans and conducts laboratory and external testing, prepares fixtures, manages test protocols, calibration, data collection, and reporting. Coordinates labs, contractors, suppliers, internal teams, project engineers, and customers while supporting test plans and quality activities. The role requires laboratory equipment operation, mechanical tools, occasional extended hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 25–50% travel, including possible international travel.
