Teams at Vibration Mountings & Controls, Inc.

Leads strategic, operational, and cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and closeout. Establishes project plans, milestones, ownership, governance, metrics, budgets, risk registers, and reporting. Coordinates stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and operating companies while driving accountability without direct authority. Provides leadership updates, escalates risks, improves processes, and supports efficiency, cost reduction, standardization, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Performs product, material, and system validation for vibration isolation and seismic/noise control products. Plans and conducts laboratory and external testing, prepares fixtures, manages test protocols, calibration, data collection, and reporting. Coordinates labs, contractors, suppliers, internal teams, project engineers, and customers while supporting test plans and quality activities. The role requires laboratory equipment operation, mechanical tools, occasional extended hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 25–50% travel, including possible international travel.

Develop and maintain production schedules using Epicor Kinetic ERP and MRP tools to align customer demand, material availability, and capacity. Monitor schedule adherence, report KPIs, coordinate with purchasing, sales, and customer service, identify bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement in a mixed-mode manufacturing environment.
