Leads all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, compliance, audit coordination, internal controls, and financial risk management. Supervises and develops accounting staff, prepares financial statements and reports, supports organizational decision-making, and manages relationships with banks, donors, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Manages federal, military, and government accounts through outside sales, new business development, account expansion, contract vehicle management, procurement opportunity monitoring, and consultative selling. Builds relationships with procurement and operational leaders, responds to RFQs and solicitations, supports contract compliance and renewals, forecasts pipeline activity, and partners with internal teams and suppliers. Requires frequent travel across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, including visits to industrial facilities and military installations.
