Develops and manages workplace safety programs, investigates incidents, analyzes safety data, conducts training and facility inspections, maintains safety documentation, and ensures OSHA and regulatory compliance. Provides first aid and emergency response support while assisting the Facility Manager with vendor coordination, building compliance, maintenance services, utilities, and emergency preparedness.

Drives revenue by managing pre-qualified leads, reactivating inactive customers, developing e-commerce opportunities, preparing quotes, addressing objections, and converting prospects into orders. Maintains sales pipelines and CRM records, supports government purchasing channels, coordinates account ownership and handoffs, collaborates with sales and internal departments, and reports on pipeline activity, conversion, reactivation, and revenue performance.

Manages federal, military, and government accounts through outside sales, new business development, account expansion, contract vehicle management, procurement opportunity monitoring, and consultative selling. Builds relationships with procurement and operational leaders, responds to RFQs and solicitations, supports contract compliance and renewals, forecasts pipeline activity, and partners with internal teams and suppliers. Requires frequent travel across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, including visits to industrial facilities and military installations.
