Provide high-level executive support to the President & Global Chief Brand Officer: manage complex calendars, communications, travel (domestic and international), prepare executive briefings/board materials and presentations, reconcile expenses, coordinate meetings and events, handle confidential information, support special projects, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth executive operations.

Lead mold repair and maintenance, fabricate precision replacement parts, troubleshoot equipment failures, perform preventive maintenance, and develop a new repair area. Supervise and mentor a team, integrate advanced technologies (automation), and travel internationally for specialized training to improve production uptime and mold quality.

Support North America Finance by building and maintaining financial models and forecasts, assisting annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, performing month-end P&L and KPI reporting, developing SAP BI and Power BI reports, analyzing product and operational performance, supporting cost-savings and ROI analyses, and delivering ad hoc financial insights.

Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA, apply Lean tools and statistical methods to improve manufacturing process capability and quality, support NPI risk mitigation (DFMEA/PFMEA), conduct audits, develop control plans and dashboards, and train production teams to drive operational excellence and global alignment.

Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HR communications, hybrid scheduling, compliance, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations, office management, and HR administrative operations across a global/multi-site environment.

Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001), manage document control, coordinate audits, track nonconformances and CAPAs, produce IMS data/KPIs and dashboards, support cross-functional process alignment, training, and continuous improvement to sustain certification and compliance.

Support the Special Projects Creative Director through concept-to-development footwear design: conduct trend and market research, produce sketches and CADs, manage samples and materials, organize prototype reviews and concept boards, track project timelines, and collaborate with global teams and brand partners on innovation projects and events.
