Support the Special Projects Creative Director through concept-to-development footwear design: conduct trend and market research, produce sketches and CADs, manage samples and materials, organize prototype reviews and concept boards, track project timelines, and collaborate with global teams and brand partners on innovation projects and events.

Lead athlete and sports marketing initiatives for North America: recruit and manage athlete roster, negotiate contracts, run sponsorships and event activations, partner with product and global teams on testing and content, manage regional partnerships, community outreach, and reporting, while managing budget and travel to events.

Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA, apply Lean tools and statistical methods to improve manufacturing process capability and quality, support NPI risk mitigation (DFMEA/PFMEA), conduct audits, develop control plans and dashboards, and train production teams to drive operational excellence and global alignment.

Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001), manage document control, coordinate audits, track nonconformances and CAPAs, produce IMS data/KPIs and dashboards, support cross-functional process alignment, training, and continuous improvement to sustain certification and compliance.

Perform adhesive room operations, apply glue, load/unload conveyor/carousel racks, trim excess material from polyurethane products, relieve molding machine operators, record production data, and maintain safety and workspace standards.

Support North America Finance by building and maintaining financial models and forecasts, assisting annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, performing month-end P&L and KPI reporting, developing SAP BI and Power BI reports, analyzing product and operational performance, supporting cost-savings and ROI analyses, and delivering ad hoc financial insights.
