Leads U.S. marketing for Vibram FiveFingers by translating consumer, cultural, sport, wellness, and movement insights into integrated brand programs. Develops local activations, partnerships, events, community initiatives, content, PR, and retail efforts while adapting global strategies for U.S. audiences. Builds relationships with athletes, creators, wellness communities, agencies, vendors, and partners; supports ambassadors and represents the brand at events. Collaborates globally, mentors teams, and travels extensively.

Design footwear outsole and midsole concepts from customer briefs through production mold stages. Create technical documentation and 2D drawings, present design rationale to customers and internal stakeholders, and collaborate with global design, development, mold, sales, marketing, and operations teams. The role emphasizes innovative, functional footwear solutions across outdoor, lifestyle, and vocational applications.

Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment, including order entry, pricing validation, confirmations, inventory coordination, shipment tracking, and invoicing. Serve as the primary contact for order inquiries and delivery updates. Coordinate with sales, production, planning, sourcing, and shipping teams to resolve delays, shortages, discrepancies, returns, billing concerns, and expedited requests. Use SAP and order management systems to monitor performance, generate reports, and maintain accurate, timely service for key industrial customers.

Drive West Coast revenue growth through strategic sales planning, new business development, and expansion of existing footwear and outdoor-industry accounts. Build executive customer relationships, guide product creation from concept through commercialization, and connect customer needs with Vibram soling technologies. Collaborate with design, development, innovation, and manufacturing teams, lead customer engagements, monitor market trends, manage forecasts and CRM/SAP records, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Drive West Coast revenue growth through strategic sales planning, new business development, and expansion of existing footwear brand accounts. Build relationships with decision-makers, guide customers through product creation and commercialization, promote Vibram soling technologies, and collaborate with design, development, innovation, and manufacturing teams. Own account strategy, forecasting, pipeline development, regional revenue performance, CRM/SAP records, and sales reporting. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Develops inline footwear products end to end, from design handoff and prototyping through testing, final samples, and production readiness. Manages technical packages, tooling, molds, materials, construction, fit, costs, timelines, and manufacturing processes. Partners with Design, Sales, China Development, overseas factories, and global brand partners to solve problems and deliver commercially viable products. The role requires strong project management, technical communication, organization, and attention to detail, with travel to overseas factories as needed.

Lead mold repair and maintenance, fabricate precision replacement parts, troubleshoot equipment failures, perform preventive maintenance, and develop a new repair area. Supervise and mentor a team, integrate advanced technologies (automation), and travel internationally for specialized training to improve production uptime and mold quality.

Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001), manage document control, coordinate audits, track nonconformances and CAPAs, produce IMS data/KPIs and dashboards, support cross-functional process alignment, training, and continuous improvement to sustain certification and compliance.
