Teams at Vibram Corporation

Drive West Coast revenue growth through strategic sales planning, new business development, and expansion of existing footwear brand accounts. Build relationships with decision-makers, guide customers through product creation and commercialization, promote Vibram soling technologies, and collaborate with design, development, innovation, and manufacturing teams. Own account strategy, forecasting, pipeline development, regional revenue performance, CRM/SAP records, and sales reporting. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Develops inline footwear products end to end, from design handoff and prototyping through testing, final samples, and production readiness. Manages technical packages, tooling, molds, materials, construction, fit, costs, timelines, and manufacturing processes. Partners with Design, Sales, China Development, overseas factories, and global brand partners to solve problems and deliver commercially viable products. The role requires strong project management, technical communication, organization, and attention to detail, with travel to overseas factories as needed.

Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA, apply Lean tools and statistical methods to improve manufacturing process capability and quality, support NPI risk mitigation (DFMEA/PFMEA), conduct audits, develop control plans and dashboards, and train production teams to drive operational excellence and global alignment.
