Manage and grow Vibram's Central territory by building relationships with footwear brands, owning account strategy, pipeline, and forecasting. Partner cross-functionally to guide product development from concept to commercialization, represent the brand at events, and support business development with CRM and SAP tracking.

Lead mold repair and maintenance, fabricate precision replacement parts, troubleshoot equipment failures, perform preventive maintenance, and develop a new repair area. Supervise and mentor a team, integrate advanced technologies (automation), and travel internationally for specialized training to improve production uptime and mold quality.

Support the Special Projects Creative Director through concept-to-development footwear design: conduct trend and market research, produce sketches and CADs, manage samples and materials, organize prototype reviews and concept boards, track project timelines, and collaborate with global teams and brand partners on innovation projects and events.
