Primary contact for employees on assignments, transfers, and relocations. Liaise with clients, HR, and suppliers to manage mobility operations, ensure immigration/tax/labor compliance, handle business travel and PWD documentation, maintain records and reports, monitor budgets and risks, collect feedback, and support process automation and improvements.

Support client immigration casework by coordinating with stakeholders, preparing and reviewing applications, advising on immigration requirements, resolving escalations, and managing junior team members to ensure compliant, timely outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of a cloud-native, Azure-based enterprise product platform. Define service boundaries, microservices patterns, event-driven integration, AI/agent capabilities, migration roadmaps, and standards for scalability, security, observability, and CI/CD. Mentor teams and drive platform adoption across product lines.

Own new-client acquisition and commercial activities: prospecting, pipeline coordination, direct selling and closing, RFP/pitch management, partner collaboration, CRM discipline, and market/network development to drive revenue for a global mobility professional services firm.

Manage end-to-end immigration cases for corporate clients: act as primary contact, prepare consular visa, work and residence permit applications, ensure compliance with immigration laws, liaise with authorities and network offices, advise clients on timelines and risks, maintain case files, support billing/time recording, train junior staff, and assist with relevant technology/platform implementation.

Support design, implementation, and compliance of global equity/share plans. Contribute to client deliverables, payroll tax withholding calculations, reporting, dashboards, tax matrix maintenance, cross-functional coordination with HR/Finance/Payroll/Tax, employee education, and periodic client-facing travel.

Manage end-to-end payroll for Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan including data collection, statutory calculations, reconciliations, payments, filings, reporting, vendor coordination, employee queries, audit support, and payroll compliance across jurisdictions.

Serve as a senior tax technical advisor on global mobility matters (Canadian and US), lead and coach teams, review and sign tax returns, design tax-efficient assignment structures and policies, coordinate payroll/social security reporting, research country-specific tax issues, grow client relationships and revenue, and implement automation/digitization solutions.

Lead U.S. employment-based immigration service delivery for corporate clients: manage analyst teams, supervise PERM/I-140/Adjustment filings, improve processes and technology, deliver client strategy, training, and compliance oversight.

Support global payroll and compensation operations including payroll processing, data validation, reconciliations, reporting, compliance documentation, vendor coordination, and client communication. Assist system implementations, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to improve processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage consular and business-visa requirements for global corporate clients, prepare and review complex travel and visa applications, coordinate with global offices and vendors, support financial and project delivery aspects, lead and train junior staff, contribute to business development and technical strategy, and ensure compliance with immigration laws.

Advise corporate clients on U.S. business immigration matters, lead high-volume client engagements, develop strategies, manage teams, ensure compliance, support business development, and use data and technology to improve service delivery.

Manage and deliver global mobility tax engagements for Japanese clients in the UK, providing cross-border tax advice (residence, tax equalisation, remote work), coaching junior staff, developing client relationships and business, staying current with tax legislation, and supporting global mobility projects across cross-functional teams.

Prepare and file tax returns for globally mobile employees; provide tax planning and withholding advice; analyze payroll and compensation; manage engagement financials and client communications; research country-specific tax issues; support cross-functional collaboration and identify growth opportunities.

Support global mobility assignments, transfers and relocations by managing business travel, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax and labor laws, liaising with clients, HR and suppliers, maintaining documentation and reports, identifying risks, collecting feedback, and contributing to process automation and cost optimization for workforce deployments.

Support legal, risk, and compliance programs to prepare them for AI adoption by organizing data, consolidating sources, drafting process documentation, conducting research, building trackers and dashboards, quality-reviewing AI outputs, and documenting AI-enabled workflows under governance standards.
