Responsibilities include legal research, drafting advice and employment documentation, analyzing employment scenarios, assisting with client projects, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. The role develops expertise in labor law and global employment services within an international consulting environment.

Leads a global corporate immigration account, overseeing coordination teams, client relationships, immigration guidance, complex case escalations, billing, compliance, and delivery across multiple countries. Collaborates with immigration teams, legal advisors, service providers, clients, employees, and government entities. Uses data and stakeholder input to develop recommendations, resolve issues, manage client engagements, and support junior team members.
