Processes accurate biweekly payroll for approximately 400 employees, including deductions, garnishments, payroll taxes, quarterly filings, W-2 statements, reconciliations, and payroll reporting. Reviews health plan invoices, verifies enrollment changes and terminations, codes payments, and supports the Human Resources team. Requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and communication skills.

The Staffing Coordinator plans and oversees staffing for a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include determining staffing needs, developing strategies, preparing schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting recruitment and training, maintaining staffing reports, reporting vacancies and scheduling issues, and coordinating with payroll to verify employee details and hours.

Graphic Design Interns support print, digital, presentation, brand campaign, and email design projects. Responsibilities include developing concepts, preparing production-ready files, optimizing digital imagery, creating responsive HTML and CSS email layouts, incorporating feedback, conducting quality control, and collaborating with marketing partners. Interns must be pursuing a related bachelor’s degree, demonstrate design experience and portfolio work, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
