Provide table service in the health center dining rooms: set and clear tables, take orders, serve meals, answer menu questions, assist with dishwashing and clean-up, maintain sanitary conditions and personal hygiene, attend training, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires prolonged standing and physical tasks.

Perform preventive and routine maintenance, repairs, apartment turnovers, inspections, and pool chemical maintenance. Handle moderate plumbing, electrical, HVAC thermostat tasks, carpentry, and assist with pumps, heaters, and cooling towers while delivering resident-focused customer service.

Provide meal service to residents in independent living, skilled nursing, and personal care. Set and clear tables, serve meals courteously, maintain cleanliness and presentation, follow diet and food-safety policies, assist with dishwashing, and create a warm, inviting dining atmosphere.
