Provides day-to-day HR administrative support, including onboarding, recruitment assistance, employment documentation, employee engagement, communications, compliance support, data entry, and employer branding. Serves as a professional contact for customers, vendors, and business partners while coordinating meetings, catering, supplies, and internal projects. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.

Designs and modifies shelter drawings and electrical systems, performs AC service, HVAC, energy, and structural calculations, and prepares detailed bills of materials and work orders. Reviews bid letters, customer specifications, and supplied drawings to develop accurate designs. Completes complex projects independently, supports other designers, and provides technical assistance to factory personnel, sales staff, and customers. Occasional travel may be required.
