Manage footwear development from final design review to production: lead cross-functional teams, ensure fit and quality, control costs and margins, evaluate tooling (2D/3D), produce tech packs in Flex PLM, coordinate with Asia factories, approve samples, and support commercialization and wear testing.

Execute social and community initiatives across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Strava. Coordinate creator and ambassador content production, manage content calendars and creator deliverables, capture/edit lightweight event content, support grassroots community and social impact programs, and assist with budget tracking, partnership documentation, and performance recaps.

As a Footwear Designer, you will create innovative running footwear, manage projects from concept to commercialization, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure design fidelity.
